Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or signing in to Itinero, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Itinero is

Itinero is a career decision tool. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze job descriptions against your CV and career context, and produces a verdict on whether a role is worth pursuing before you apply.

All analyses, verdicts, scores, tailored CV outputs, and cover letters generated by Itinero are automated and AI-generated. They are produced for informational purposes only.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on Itinero constitutes professional career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of regulated professional guidance.

The outputs reflect an AI model's interpretation of the information you provide. They do not account for factors Itinero cannot observe, including personal circumstances, company culture, undisclosed role requirements, recruiter behavior, or market conditions at the time of your application.

You are solely responsible for the career decisions you make.

4. No guarantees on outcomes

Itinero makes no representation that using the service will result in a job offer, interview, salary increase, career progression, or any other professional outcome.

The accuracy of any analysis depends on the quality and completeness of the information you provide. Itinero does not verify job descriptions or the contents of your CV.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Itinero and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on an analysis or output, or any career decision made on the basis of Itinero's results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Itinero in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Your data

By using Itinero, you agree that your CV, career context, job descriptions you submit, and generated outputs may be stored in your account and used to deliver the service.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, protected by authenticated access, and is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Itinero processes personal data in accordance with applicable European Union data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile area, or by emailing hello@itinero.io.

7. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Sharing access with other people is not permitted and degrades the quality of the analysis outputs, which are calibrated to your individual CV and career context.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Payments and refunds

Itinero offers a free tier and paid plans. Free analyses reset monthly and unused allowances do not roll over. Paid analyses do not expire.

When paid plans are available, charges are billed as described at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds. If something went wrong on our end, contact hello@itinero.io and we will review it.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Itinero to:

• Submit false, harmful, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent quota limits
• Use the service on behalf of third parties without their knowledge
• Use the service for any purpose other than your own personal career evaluation

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

You may close your account at any time from the Profile area or by contacting us directly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Itinero after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
